Our waiver must be completed and signed by all individuals participating in any capacity with Jetti Inc., including renters, operators, and passengers. If the participant is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must also sign this form.
1. Age & Licensing
- • Renter must be at least 21 years of age with a valid G2 or higher driver’s license (or out-of-province/international equivalent).
- • All operators must be at least 21 years old and listed on the rental agreement.
- • Passengers do not require a license.
- • A valid Pleasure Craft Operator Card or completion of a provided safety checklist is required before operating any PWC.
- • The temporary boating license issued is valid only for the duration of your rental and does not relieve you of the responsibility to know and follow all applicable boating laws and regulations.
2. Included with Your Rental
- • Sea-Doo personal watercraft equipped with braking and trim systems.
- • Full tank of gas.
- • Temporary Boating License (if required).
- • Marine safety kit (flashlight, whistle, buoyant heaving line, bailer).
- • Up to 3 personal flotation devices (PFDs).
- • 2lb marine fire extinguisher.
- • Anchor and dock line.
- • Full safety briefing and operational orientation.
3. Age & Licensing
- • You are fully responsible for all equipment and watercraft during the rental period.
- • A pre- and post-inspection will be conducted with staff present.
- • Any loss, damage, or theft will be billed at full replacement cost, including tax.
4. Included with Your Rental
- • A $1,000.00 damage deposit per watercraft is required via major credit card.
- • This deposit is not a limit to your financial responsibility.
- • If damages exceed the deposit, the renter is liable for all additional costs.
5. Age & Licensing
- • Rentals returned late will incur a $39.99 charge every 15 minutes past the agreed end time.
- • This fee is firm and non-negotiable.

- • Recovery Service (GTA): $499.99

7. Age & Licensing
- • Life vests must be worn at all times by all passengers.
- • Drugs and alcohol are strictly prohibited before or during operation.
- • Reckless driving, high speeds near shorelines, and ignoring no-wake zones are strictly forbidden.
- • A working cell phone must be kept on board during the rental.
8. Included with Your Rental
- • Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to rental: 50% refund.
- • Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows: No refund.
- • Stripe processing fees (2.9%) are non-refundable.
9. Age & Licensing
- • No refunds for inclement weather.
- • Rentals may be rescheduled once within 1 year of the original booking date.
- • Jetti Inc. reserves the right to cancel or restrict rentals due to unsafe conditions (e.g. wind >14kph, waves >2m, lightning).
10. Included with Your Rental
- • I acknowledge and assume all risks associated with the use of personal watercraft, including but not limited to:
- • Injury or death
- • Equipment damage
- • Third-party property damage or liability
- • I release Jetti Inc., its owners, agents, staff, and affiliates from any and all liability.
- • I waive all claims for losses or injuries, even those arising from negligence.
- • I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jetti Inc. from any third-party claims.
- • I acknowledge that the Marine Liability Act (S.C. 2001, c. 6) may limit liability in some cases.
11. Age & Licensing
- • This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, and any legal disputes must be resolved within Ontario.
12. Included with Your Rental
- • By signing this waiver digitally or in writing, I agree that my signature is legally binding and equivalent to a handwritten signature.
- • I consent to receive communications, contracts, and waivers electronically via platforms such as Stripe or Booqable.
13. Age & Licensing
- • I certify that I am physically and mentally capable of safely operating a personal watercraft.
- • I am not under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or any impairing substance.
14. Included with Your Rental
- • I grant Jetti Inc. permission to capture my image through photography or video during my participation.
- • I waive any right to inspect or approve the final product or receive compensation.
- • This release is perpetual and applies worldwide.
- • If I do not wish to be photographed, I will notify Jetti Inc. in writing prior to participation.
15. Age & Licensing
- • If I am the renter or operator, I accept full responsibility for the behavior, safety, and actions of all passengers I allow on the watercraft.
- • This includes ensuring all passengers wear life vests, follow safety rules, and do not engage in reckless or impaired behavior.
- • I understand I may be held liable for any injuries, damages, or violations caused by any passengers during the rental period.
