The Company We Wished Existed
When we looked at how jet ski rentals were operating in Toronto — worn-out equipment, no safety protocols, no accountability — we knew the waterfront deserved better. So we built the company we wished existed.
We started with a single Sea-Doo at Humber Bay. Today Jetti operates a fleet of over 20 premium watercraft, each equipped with GPS tracking, geofenced riding zones, and rider-worn panic buttons — technology that didn't exist in this industry before we introduced it. Our accredited on-water rescue team is on standby every hour we operate, and we've maintained a perfect safety record across thousands of rides.
But Jetti is more than a rental company. We're a Toronto business that employs 15 to 20 seasonal team members and five year-round staff. During the school year we partner with local schools to offer co-op placements, giving students hands-on experience with marine engines, watercraft maintenance, small business operations, and waterfront safety. We believe the knowledge we've built should be shared, not hoarded.
We've also partnered with Aeroplan to reward our riders, and we're actively working alongside the City of Toronto and other levels of government to help shape the safety standards and regulations this industry needs to grow responsibly.
Everything we do comes back to one belief: Toronto's waterfront belongs to everyone, and experiencing it should be safe, accessible, and unforgettable.
